Selection Process

  • Your application is auto-screened for minimum qualifications based on your responses to the supplemental questions.

  • If your application passes, it will advance to the next step.

  • If your application does not pass, you will receive an email indicating you do not meet the minimum qualifications. (If you believe you meet the minimum qualifications, you should carefully review your responses to the supplemental questions. You may reapply by clicking on the apply button in the job announcement, logging into your account and going to the supplemental questions section of the application. Carefully re-answer the questions and resubmit.)

  • HR Review – Your work history and education is reviewed by Human Resources.

  • Assessment Test – Once past screening, you will be invited to schedule a skills assessment test, designed to help determine if you are a fit for the position and the position is a fit for you. 

  • Structured Interview – If you pass the assessment test and have the CDL and/or Permit, you will be invited to schedule for an interview. You must provide us with a copy of any required commercial learner's permit if you are not already fully licensed for the position.

  • Eligibility List – Upon passing the interview, you will be placed on an eligibility list. Your rank on this list is determined by your total score from the assessment test added to your interview score. 

  • Conditional Offer – All offers are conditional to passing a drug screen, background check, and pre-employment/DOT physical.
