Pay a fine
To pay a fine associated with an administrative citation:
- Visit a Metro Transit Service Center
- Call 612-349-7303 to pay with a credit card
- Send a check, money order or pay with credit card using the postage-paid envelope provided with the citation or mail to: Metro Transit, Revenue Operations, 570 6th Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55411
To request a hearing: Email citations@metrotransit.org or call 612-349-7303 within 90 days of receiving a citation. A completed Hearing Resolution Form will need to be submitted. Be prepared to provide a statement explaining why you are disputing the citation and to share any supporting documentation.
